About Mark A. Eby, DDS
Dr. Mark A. Eby, a lifelong resident to the Monroe County area, was born In Erie and raised in Petersburg. He graduated as Salutatorian at Summerfield High, and furthered his education at Monroe county Community College (MCCC) on the Presidential Scholarship. This is where his decision to pursue a career In medicine was formed, After receiving his associates of Science, he continued at the University of Michigan obtaining a Bachelor of Science with a concentration In Biology. His hard work and dedication allowed for the acceptance Into the University of Detroit Mercy's School of Dentistry, where he excelled and graduated near the top of his class. While there, he received ""The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Horace Wells Senior Student Award"". Dr. Eby obtained his Michigan and Ohio dental licenses after school, allowing him to gain valuable experience. His devotion to his family and community was Influential on bringing his practice to Monroe. He is a compassionate person that pays particular attention to the smallest of details, and believes that taking care of the small things in a timely manner Is what allows for success in life. Dr. Eby stays current on all of the latest methods by attending CE courses annually, and has received a certificate of achievement from the Synergy Training program (Comprehensive multidisciplinary Team approach to Restorative Therapy for Osseo Integrated Dental Implants) from these adventures. He maintains current membership In both the Michigan Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Eby enjoys spending time with his family, fitness and participating/watching most sporting events. He also enjoys coaching baseball for the township and giving back to the community. He is an active member of St. Mary's Church.
