About Mamak Saffarpour, DDS
In 1988 Dr. Saffarpour was one of the few students who were accepted to the National University of Tehran(Shahid Beheshti Dental School),known as the best in the Iran. In 1994, after completing her education, Dr. Saffarpour established a dental clinic that resided in the medical facility of the Kidney Foundation of Iran. She took care of the dental needs of medically compromised patients in the clinic while also working as an associate dentist in a successful private practice. In 1996, Dr. Saffarpour relocated to the United States. After giving birth to her first son, she enrolled in the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) for California state dental board preparation courses, such as Clinical Intensive Review and Restorative Techniques. She successfully completed the National Dental Boards and California State Boards restorative technique and clinical exams. Since opening her own practice in 2002, Dr. Saffarpour has been committed to her continuing education. She has participated in a broad spectrum of classes and study clubs over the years which have included; TMD & Orofacial Pain, Invisalign®, Implant Restorations, and Cosmetic Treatment and Smile Makeover at California Center for Advanced Dental Studies""CCADS"".
