Lisa Eddy has always been propelled by whole body wellness. She grew up dancing and immediately discovered that being connected to her body through movement was an essential part of her own vitality. Years before health and wellness became the popular mainstay that it is today, Lisa understood what true health and beauty was about: balance, self-love and feeling connected to your own inner spiritual being. Committed to learning more about true radiance, she hired a personal trainer and nutritionist in her early 20s and spent years developing her own spiritual practice, becoming a trained Reiki healer, massage therapist and breath work coach. In addition to cultivating a spiritual healing practice, Lisa has over two decades of experience as a skincare professional. Not only is she a skilled esthetician, she is also a respected skincare educator and has spent years working beauty trade shows both domestically and internationally. Lisa is a high priestess performing acts of sacred beauty — a belief that how we care for ourselves is sacred and is directly connected with how we show up in the world. Her otherworldly learnings have taught her that taking time to prioritize and adore our self-care rituals affects us on a holistic level and that this gift is available to bodies and spirits everywhere.
