About Laurence W. Seluk, DDS
Prior to starting his own practice, Dr. Laurence Seluk attended the University of Michigan for his degree in General Dentistry. He furthered his studies at the University, by pursuing two additional specialty degrees, and obtained masters degrees in both Dental Prosthodontics and Dental Materials (Biomaterials Engineering). Dr. Seluk is a Prosthodontist who specializes in the restoration and replacement of teeth; using crowns, bridges, dentures and implants. He has over twenty years of experience in the dental field and is qualified to provide a full range of services because of his specialized training. He was a professor in the Prosthodontics Department at the University of Michigan for 12 years and the University of Detroit for three. He has prepared numerous lectures and continuing education courses for peer education and is frequently evaluating the latest advancements in dental materials and technology. Dr. Seluk has authored or participated in eighteen dental publications and produced over fifty educational films for various organizations. These organizations include, but are not limited to; The Veterans Administration, University of Michigan, and numerous dental companies and corporations.
