About Krista Gorenchan, DDS
Dr. Krista Gorenchan was the former Krista Ison and moved with her family to Escanaba as a child. She and her husband, Tim, both graduated from Escanaba Area High School in 1996. After high school, Krista attended Northern Michigan University where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree in biology. She was then accepted to the University Of Michigan School Of Dentistry and earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in May of 2004. Shortly after getting married in July of 2004, she began her dental career in the Detroit area. In 2005, an opportunity in the public health field allowed Dr. Gorenchan and her husband the opportunity to move back home to the Upper Peninsula to be closer to their families. In 2006, Dr. Gary Bradley and Dr. Annette Dufour hired Dr. Gorenchan at Great Northern Dental Associates where she is now a partner in the practice.
