About Kana Yajima, DDS
Dr. Yajima received her DDS Degree from Northwestern University School of Dentistry in Chicago, Illinois and has over 20 years of experience in dentistry. She received full scholarships to attend San Diego State University for her undergraduate studies. Dr. Yajima has advanced training in all aspects of dentistry and offers a wide range of services in cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, implant surgical placement, complex oral surgery extractions. She also provides variety of gum treatments such as gum and bone grafting, laser assisted surgical and non-surgical gum treatments and ridge augmentation. She also provides Invisalign and rotary root canal treatments. Dr. Yajima is also highly trained in the use of CT scan guided imaging. Dr. Yajima enjoys working with children and their families to establish healthy oral hygiene habits. She is also very involved in the local community, and she has volunteered countless hours providing dentistry to mentally challenged, disadvantaged, battered and abused children and adults. Dr. Yajima treats patients not just from Illinois, but many who come from throughout the United States and a number of foreign countries. When she’s not working, Dr. Yajima enjoys watching all types of movies, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
