About Jose Osete, DDS
Dr. Jose Osete is a native of Nogales Arizona and a graduate of Nogales High School. He attended the University of Arizona and obtained his Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry in 1987. Following Graduation he packed up and moved to Denver Colorado for four years. He attended the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992. Dr. Osete continued his education by completing a residency in General Practice at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington Kentucky. He received his certificate in 1993. Soon after completing his residency Dr. Osete returned to Tucson and began practicing in a local clinic, and in 1995 he partnered w/ Dr. Hiram Cervantes to open Arizona Sunset Dental. They have been partners ever since. Dr. Osete keeps up with the ever-changing technology in dentistry by taking over 25 continuing education credits per year locally and throughout the United States. When not at his practice, Dr. Osete enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and two sons. You can usually find him at a baseball field around town any given day of the week and weekend. He also enjoys running, bicycling, playing guitar and singing. He has been choir director at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Church for the past 18 years.
