Dr. Saeung enjoys wide range of restorative work such as crowns and bridges, dentures, root canals treatment through first molars.TMJ pain investigation and offers traditional orthotics for night time as well as a naturopathic route through minerals and diet supplements that have been researched and accepted by the medical fields to help reduce psychosomatic activity which leads to daytime clenching and grinding. She particularly focuses on atraumatic oral surgery techniques which she utilizes in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth, implant placement, bone and soft tissue grafting, and pre-denture bone and tissue contouring. Dr. Saeung strives to be a well-rounded dental provider and seeks continuing education on a monthly basis. She believes in holistic approach and treats her patient/s as a whole person. She enjoys working here as each doctor can offer varieties of care methods to patients based on their needs. Ideas get bounced back and forth when all the docs are together. Dr. Saeung has a strong interest in public health and helps treat the homeless and underserved populations in the greater Lansing area at the local Volunteers of America Dental Clinic on Fridays. In her free time, Dr. Saeung tries to perfect new languages (currently Spanish) so she can better communicate with her patients from various backgrounds. She recently got her wish to speak Spanish while providing patient care in Mexico with Dr. Schaefer for the advanced dental implant and soft tissue management training early this year. With her family living all over the world, Dr. Saeung enjoys traveling to visit her loved ones especially her grandparents in Thailand. She loves travel tips and pearls from patients.
