About Jennifer G. Duncan, DMD

Being a daughter of two strong willed, hard working and compassionate parents; my father an entrepreneur and my mother a nurse, I saw, heard and felt the drive to succeed and do the best job, while having compassion for others. At the age of 11, my mother was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and my parents displayed ""even if you have personal struggles your faith and believing in your goal anything is possible"". I didn't know at the time how true this was, but my life unfolded in ways that I could never have imagined. I was blessed to have a wonderful education and the opportunity to be exposed to both the healthcare and business professions. My career started in the corporate world with much success; however, I was overtaken by a need to personally affect someone's life in a tangible, meaningful way. After 12 years in business, I applied to dental school with a renewed passion for my life's purpose. Thankfully, I loved my dental education and the mentors I've had through out my career. My parents, teachers, colleagues, business associates and patients play an integral part of my story. I'm a combination of a healer and a leader. Being a dentist and owning a dental practice, provides me the opportunity to improve a patient's physical and emotional well being, while building and nurturing a place for everyone to grow. Hopefully, my purpose is not just to be a dentist or a business owner, but someone who will inspire the best in people.
