About Jeffrey B. Sameroff, DMD
Jeffrey B. Sameroff, DMD, has practiced general dentistry in Pottstown, Pennsylvania since 1972. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1971, and became active in organized dentistry in 1975 when he became editor of the Montgomery-Bucks Dental Bulletin. He held this position for 19 years while serving on many other committees and became President in 1997-1998. On the district level Dr. Sameroff was secretary, treasurer, and served as president from 2004-2005. He has been very active in the formation and organization of the Valley Forge Dental Conference and served and chaired many of its committees and was general chairperson in 1989 and 2007 At the state level, Dr. Sameroff has served as a delegate to the Pennsylvania Dental Association from 1978-2005 and was appointed to the Council of Dental Practice and Ethics in 1994 where he served for five years from 1994 through 1999 and chaired this council from 1997-1999. Dr. Sameroff has served the ADA as an alternate delegate and delegate to the ADA House of Delegates. He is a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy, a Fellow in the International College of Dentists and American College of Dentists. Dr. Sameroff is also active in his community, serving as secretary, treasurer and president of Temple Brith Achim Synagogue and recently was Chairperson of their Capital Campaign which raised over 2 million dollars. Dr. Sameroff is married to Ellen Rinaldi and has four children, Scott, Evan, Rebecca and Josh, and has 3 grandchildren.
