About Jacob Perlow
Dr. Jacob Perlow is an Atlanta native who attended Walton High School and later graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.S. in Chemistry. Following his education in Athens, Dr. Perlow went to the University of Florida for dental school, where he earned his D.M.D. Although he attended the two rival SEC schools, he is an avid Georgia Bulldog fan. Dr. Perlow is proficient in restorative, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, and multiple surgical procedures. He has been involved in many community outreach programs and has gone on dental mission trips out of the country. Dr. Perlow is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. When he is not in the office, Dr. Perlow enjoys spending time with his family and friends, running, biking, and rooting for Atlanta sports teams. Dr. Perlow is a preferred provider for Dentaguard, Dentegra, Delta Dental, guardian, MetLife and United Concordia.
