About Hojung Kim, DDS
Born in Seoul Korea, Dr. Hojung Kim moved to the States at the age of 16, settling in Northern Illinois. She spent her four years of undergrad at the University Illinois at Chicago, graduating with a Bachelor’s in Art and Design. After few years of working as a graphic designer, she decided to pursue her career in dentistry and entered Southern Illinois University and earned her DMD. She continued her education at Progressive Orthodontic Seminars and received 2 years of orthodontic training certification. Dr. Hojung’s goal is to be an empathetic, kind, and gentle dentist. She loves to work with children. Dr. Hojung’s second passion after dentistry is still art and design. She is happily married to her artistic husband and both love hunting treasures at flea markets, traveling, biking, and exploring nature.
