About Hajar Hasan-Verrett, DDS
Dr. Hajar Hasan-Verrett grew up in DC/Maryland area where she developed a warm personality of dealing with others. As she grew older she began to take stronger interest in the healthcare profession with her strong passion to help people heal themselves. In 1999, she was accepted to Xavier University in Louisianna. She attended Xavier University with a focus in the pre-med program where she received an exceptional education in the Biological Sciences. It was here that her love of helping people grew even more. Partaking in extracurricular activities in the city of New Orleans and various outreach programs including a 2 month trip the The Gambia, West Africa. Through theses programs, Dr. Verrett became more well rounded in various cultures and expanded in her field of the health sciences. She graduated with a bachelors degree in Biology. In 2003, she was accepted to the Howard University School of Dentistry. It was here that she spent four years focusing on the the study of dentistry. Always being good with her hands, her skills came naturally and her warm personality always inviting giving her the ability to excel not only in her courses but the ability to establish a great relationship with patients. Upon receiving her degree in 2007, she relocated to Miami, FL where she attended the NOVA Southeastern University Residency in Advanced General Dentistry. It was here that she studied under the scrutiny of expert dentists from around the world, using the most up to date technology. This allowed her to refine her skills even more in all general dentistry services with a focus on cosmetic crown and bridgework.
