About Gottfred P. Olsen, DDS
With a natural approach to dentistry and an emphasis on personal relationships, Dr. Gottfred Olsen provides patients like you with advanced dental care in a comfortable space. His holistic philosophy on health assures you of receiving dental care that not only helps you to keep your beautiful smile for life – it also helps ensure your overall health and well being. Dr. Olsen, a graduate of the Baylor College of Dentistry, served on active duty in the U.S. Army for 10 years, and continued in the reserves until retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. His residency during that time, as well as his many hours of continuing education, has provided him with advanced training in oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics and periodontics. Dr. Olsen is recognized as a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry and is a member of several other prestigious organizations in the dental field. Away from his practice, Dr. Olsen has participated in two medical mission trips to Nairobi, Kenya, providing free treatment to people who couldn’t afford dental care. In his free time Dr. Olsen enjoys spending time with his family, and he also serves as an elder at the Highland Oaks Church of Christ.
