About Chen T. Chang, DDS
Chen Tsung Chang, DDS, is a highly skilled dentist with more than 20 years of experience caring for patients of all ages. Dr. Chang is delighted to now be providing first-class dental care and state-of-the-art facilities to patients in Hayward, California, at Hayward Dentistry. Dr. Chang started his career at the Institute of Dental Medicine in Yangon, Burma (now the University of Dental Medicine, Myanmar), graduating with a degree in dentistry in 1996. He built on his qualifications by working in a variety of roles, where he gained considerable experience over the years, becoming an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of several dental health conditions. Dr. Chang is passionate about educating his patients on the importance of taking good care of their teeth and gums. He works hard to ensure his office environment is warm and welcoming, and to establish relationships with his patients, with the hope of making a trip to the dentist not such a dreaded obligation.
