About Ashwaq Kayat, DDS
Dr. Kayat is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago, college of Dentistry. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2012. While practicing general dentistry, She joined progressive orthodontic course for 2 years. In additional to her exceptional clinical skills, Dr. Kayat is known for her gentle approach in treating patients and taking the time to listen to get to know each of her patients as individual. At Smiles of Anthem Family Dentistry, everyone is part of our caring family. Customer service is an integral part of Smiles of Anthem mission.
