About Yolanda L. Moore, Tattoo Specialist
Yolanda founded LeMor® in 1989, long before permanent cosmetic application was popular, and has been performing permanent makeup procedures ever since this date. Unlike many other practitioners who practice other services (e.g. microdermabrasion) and have only recently entered the permanent cosmetics field, Yolanda has made the application of permanent cosmetics her one and only specialty. Her nearly 20 years of micropigmentation experience translates into well over 10,000 hands on permanent cosmetics procedures.
