About William T. Stevenson, DDS
Dr. Stevenson attended the University of Michigan, where he received a BS in Biological Psychology and then graduated from the School of Dentistry in 2003. After receiving his Dental Degree, Dr. Stevenson spent a year training in Jacksonville, Florida as part of a residency associated with University of Florida. There he received intensive training in all procedures involved with Dental Implants, as while as complex full mouth reconstructions and rehabilitation. Upon completion of this program he started working at Pinckney Family Dentistry, and also spent 7 years teaching part-time in the Dental Clinics of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. Since 2004 he has been an Assistant Editor and Clinical Consultant with The Dental Advisor, where he has lectured to other dentists and has been in the forefront of dental materials and techniques. In his spare time, Bill is passionate about his wife and two kids, food, University of Michigan football, photography, and choral singing. As a member of the UMS Choral Union, he has sung multiple times with the Detroit Symphony, performing such works as Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, Mahler’s 2nd Symphony, and some small solo work with the DSO’s performance of Bach’s St Matthew’s Passion in 2008. Bill has performed with the King Singers, twice with the Michigan Marching Band during a football game, and regularly sings major choral works throughout the year.
