About Thomas Su
Dr. Thomas Su isa board-certified dermatologist working in the city of Glendale for the past 5 years. Dr. Su specializes in General Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, with specific interest in skin cancer detection, prevention, and treatment. Dr. Su grew up in Southern California and went to Rosemead High School where he was Captain of the tennis team, the Academic Decathlon team leader, and graduated as Valedictorian. He went to college locally at UCLA, where he majored in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and was involved in various community services organizations, including the Hunger Project, Unicamp, and the Community Service Commission. In 1996, he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Su then enrolled in the combined MD/PhD program at UCLA, where he completed his PhD in Molecular Biology, specifically doing cutting edge biomedical research in immunology and cancer biology. In 2004, Dr. Su received his medical degree from the UCLA School of Medicine where he received various letters of distinction and several NIH research awards.
