About Thomas C. Bourland, DDS
Dr. Bourland graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 2006. Following dental school, he did a one-year teaching fellowship at Baylor College of Dentistry in the department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Bourland completed his residency in oral & maxillofacial surgery at Baylor University Medical Center /Baylor College of Dentistry in 2011 serving as chief resident during his final year of training. Dr. Bourland practices a full scope of oral surgery and is adjunct teaching faculty at Baylor University Medical Center and Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Bourland is a board certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon and currently the director of facial trauma and THR-Presbyterian Dallas. Dr. Bourland received his B.S. from the University of the South-Sewanee in 1998 and his M.S. in organic chemistry from the University of Mississippi in 2002. He is a Dallas native growing up in the park cities. His wife Chrissy is a private practice pediatrician. They enjoy spending time outdoors with their three children Ella, Caroline and Walter and their dog Lucy.
