About Stephanie Stephan, DDS
A local girl, Dr. Stephanie Stephan, DDS completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Biochemistry with Honors at the University of Windsor. After graduation, she was immediately matriculated to the University of Detroit Mercy’s Doctor of Dental Surgery program.Dr. Stephan is consistently educated on the most updated and well-researched care. Having been involved in dental research during her time at Detroit Mercy, she is always finding you the best possible materials and services. She travels around the country multiple times every year to study new treatments and products that she can use to help you with the latest and best options for your care. Her additional training includes advancements in implants, gum surgeries, esthetic dentistry, orthodontic aligners, root canal therapy, sleep apnea, TMJ facial pain, and other current trends. Dr. Stephan enjoys volunteering and is always interested in local teams and events that she can sponsor or donate her time to. She is actively involved in the Make a Wish Foundation, Give Kids a Smile Day, America’s ToothFairy Foundation, TeamSmile, and the Volunteers of America. She has also represented the Pi Pi chapter of Delta Sigma Delta as Philanthropy Chair for numerous years. When she’s not saving teeth, Dr. Stephan enjoys kayaking, running, discovering new places, experimenting with new foods, and cheering on our Detroit teams! Dr. Stephan is an active member of the largest and leading professional associations including the American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, the Oakland County Dental Society, and Delta Sigma Delta International Professional Fraternity. In order to maintain membership in the dental associations, a dentist must be approved by the tripartite associations and abide, daily, by the principles of ethics and code of professional conduct of these societies.
