About Stanley S. Lee, DMD
Your smile is a reflection of who you are. Technological and scientific advances have made restoring and improving your smile more comfortable and easier than ever. Dr. Lee believes that communication is of utmost importance. By gaining a comprehensive understanding of your needs, fears, and goals, it is possible to devise a plan that will mesh what is desired with what is possible. Dr. Lee--the son of Margaret and renowned forensic scientist, Henry C. Lee--was born in New York City and has been a resident of Connecticut for over 35 years. He received both his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degrees from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Following graduation, he went into a private practice setting in New Haven with a particular focus on treating anxious and dental phobic patients. After 11 years of successfully liberating patients from the fear and avoidance cycle, Dr. Lee has partnered with Dr. Padilla to bring his calming approach to the Hartford area. As a member of the Hartford Dental Society, Connecticut State Dental Association, American Dental Association, and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Lee is committed to staying current on the latest advances in materials and techniques. He served as a member of the Annual Scientific Session Council for the Connecticut State Dental Association for 10 years and as the Exhibits Chairman for the Charter Oak Dental Meeting for 5 years. Dr. Lee is currently a board member of the Connecticut Foundation for Dental Outreach--a group dedicated to the annual Mission of Mercy project in which the dental community comes together to deliver free dental care to thousands of individuals over a 2 day event. Dr. Lee is honored to have been recognized by his peers in Hartford Magazine's ""Top Dentists"" issue from 2008-2014.
