About Seth Perlmutter, DMD
Seth Perlmutter, DMD received his bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University, and his dental degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Dental School. He then completed a General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center. Dr. Perlmutter continues to be a lifelong learner, accruing extensive hours of continuing education training in many facets of advanced dental treatment options including Root Canal Therapy, Laser Dental Therapy, Implant Restoration, and Full Mouth Veneers. He truly enjoys his work in dentistry to bring life to all his patients’ smiles. Dr. Perlmutter is a friendly, compassionate, and caring dentist who strives to educate his patients and develop proper attitudes toward dental hygiene. He understands the significance of communication with his patients in order to create a comfortable, relaxed environment and an overall great experience. He takes pride in serving as a “dental coach” to his young patients and parents, and in the process changing their perceptions about dentistry. He is very active in giving back to the community by volunteering his care and services to a local hospice and by making dental presentations to local elementary schools. In his spare time, Dr. Perlmutter enjoys spending time with his family and going on walks with his golden retriever. Dr. Perlmutter is passionate about all sports, especially baseball. While in college, Dr. Perlmutter played outfield for a Division III Baseball Team. Until this day, Dr. Perlmutter continues to play baseball in various local leagues. He is a New Jersey native and currently lives in Bergen County with his wife, Elana and their two boys, Nathan and Jonah.
