About Scott E. Wathen, DDS
Dr. Scott Wathen is a Southern California native, born and raised in Downey, CA where he graduated from Warren High School in 1980. He then attended UC Irvine, graduating with a degree is Biological Sciences in 1984. From there, it was UCLA School of Dentistry, graduating with multiple Outstanding Achievement Awards in 1988, and then into private practice. Dr. Wathen is married with two daughters. He has been very active in youth sports, managing/coaching his daughters in their years of competitive soccer. Now that they are playing/finished with college soccer, you will more than likely find him on the golf course. Dr. Wathen also enjoys beach volleyball, skiing, waterskiing, woodworking, or spending time at the beach with his wife and their very active Australian shepherd.
