About Saul Lahijani
Dr. Lahijani possesses over a decade of rigorous training, demanding fellowships, internships and residencies that have allowed him to build a versatile, rock-solid foundation for his practice. After graduating at the top of his class from USC, Dr. Lahijani completed a challenging internship at St. John's Hospital. This led him to serve as Chief Resident at Yale University until 2004, followed by another fellowship in Burn and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt University, a position greatly coveted by cosmetic surgeons across the nation. During a third residency at Vanderbilt, Dr. Lahijani had the opportunity to work with some of the most renowned plastic surgeons in the industry, including Dr. Bruce Shack, Dr. Kevin Kelly (President of the MaxilloFacial Society), Dr. Kevin Hagen, Dr. James Madden, and breast surgeons Dr. Jack Fisher and Dr. Patrick Maxwell. Where many surgeons at this point would be satisfied with what they had already achieved, Dr. Lahijani chose to pursue one last cosmetic plastic surgery fellowship in Barcelona, Spain. Mentored by the esteemed Dr. Javier De Benito, known in medical circles as among the best surgeons practicing in the world today, Dr. Lahijani expanded his knowledge and expertise to include an international perspective that would give him new insight into cutting edge European techniques
