About Robert Borowiec, DDS
Dr. Robert Borowiec originally grew up in Dearborn, Michigan. He attended both Michigan State University and the University of Michigan before receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1981 from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Borowiec chose to establish his family dental practice in South Lyon, where he has since resided and served his patients for over 35 years. He has been an active member in the community, including serving as the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce. Continuing education has always been a critical focus for Dr. Borowiec. Early in his career, he mentored students as a faculty member at the University of Detroit Dental School. Throughout his career, he has additionally completed significant hours of training in Cosmetics, Crown & Bridge Prosthetics, and Implant Dentistry. Dr. Borowiec and his wife Jane have been married for 36 years and have two daughters, Jennifer and Erin, whom they feel blessed to have reside locally. Jennifer and her husband Andrew live in South Lyon with their daughter, Darcy. Erin and her husband Jake live in Howell with their daughters, Jemma & Kyla. Dr. Borowiec is a very proud “Papa.” Although he is a fan of all sports, Dr. Borowiec enjoys golf the most. His other favorite past-times are boating and enjoying time with family & friends.
