About Quynh-Giao Nguyen, MD
Dr. QG Nguyen is originally from Bellaire, Texas, then spent her undergraduate years at Brown University. She completed a degree in Neuroscience, with distinction in Chemistry and Comparative Literature, before obtaining a medical doctorate at Baylor College of Medicine. After graduation, she remained at BCM to complete her dermatology residency, where she served as chief resident during her final year. She is highly trained in medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology, with special interest in skin care, skin cancer, psoriasis, and acne vulgaris. She has authored multiple book chapters and peer-reviewed publications on skin care, skin infections, acne, and history of dermatology. She enjoys all things culinary, festive and furry animal-related.
