About Nancy Roland, Aesthetician Specialist
Nancy is a permanent makeup artist and is coming up on her 24th year in the business. Art has always been a passion for her, whether it be on canvas, the stage and dance floor, a surf board, or on skin. To enhance and help someone to be their own best version is a big part of why she likes permanent makeup. Being motivated to help others to have more confidence because of her own experience, she learned from leaders in the industry and then expanded on the basics. Correcting her own eyeliner from bold and linear to soft and subtle showed she could do corrections for others. She also utilized her artistic back ground, training and self taught techniques to create a signature style that softly enhanced each individuals features. This lead to many referrals by clients, colleagues, doctors, nurses, salons, spas throughout the Austin area for her signature natural looking enhancements for clients. She worked abeautiful day spa for 8 years in Austin before moving o Kauai, Hawaii in 2003. This move assisted in the need for her to create even further ultra soft looks and was named "Surfer girl looks". She will be training others on her art soon in Hawaii and on the mainland.
