About Matthew Lopresti, DDS
Dr. Matthew LoPresti is a second-generation dentist with a passion for delivering exceptional dentistry to his patients. Matthew is a graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine and he completed his Post-Graduate training at New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, where he was the Resident of the Year. He also won the Prosthodontic and Pediatric Dentistry Awards for outstanding clinical performance. After residency, Dr. LoPresti spent 4 years in New York City practicing along side his father who continues to serve as a mentor to him. Dr. LoPresti had a vision for a practice that was driven by technology to make a more efficient and comfortable dental experience- he built his dream office from scratch in downtown Stamford in 2017. Dr LoPresti was born and raised in Lincroft, New Jersey. He went to Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT for undergrad where his love for Connecticut began. It was during his first year of dental school at Columbia University where he met his wife, Elisse, at their mutual friends labor day picnic right here in Stamford, CT. Elisse is a science teacher in Wilton, CT and they reside in Fairfield with their son. Dr LoPresti enjoys playing tennis and golf and loves watching the NFL and the MLB. When Dr LoPresti is not at the office, you will find him spending time with his family and friends.
