About Marjory G. Nigro, MD
Marjory G. Nigro, M.D. is a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she finished medical school and a dermatology residency, becoming board certified in 1992. She was in private practice and academics for two years and then moved to the United States. She completed a full dermatology residency at Baylor College of Medicine and became board-certified in the U.S. in 1999. Dr. Nigro served as Chief Resident during her last year of residency. She volunteers at Ben Taub Hospital Dermatology Clinic teaching Baylor residents and medical students. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the Houston Dermatologic Society, and she serves as the Chairman of the Dermatology Department at Southwest Memorial Hospital. Her practice is devoted to medical, cosmetic and surgical dermatology. Dr. Marjory Nigro has been among the Top Doctors in Houston for the past two years. Dr. Nigro speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and French. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
