About Lester Beste, DDS
Dr. Les Beste did his undergraduate education at the University of North Dakota. He then graduated from Dentistry at Northwestern University in Illinois. He completed his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Chicago in 1978. Following his training he was a clinical instructor at the University of Chicago for 10 years while maintaining a private practice in the south suburbs. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He also belongs to many local, regional and national societies and organizations. Dr. Beste has been on staff at Ingalls, St James and South Suburban Hospitals for more than 30 years. In private practice he performs a full scope practice which includes dental extractions, dental implants, anesthesia and sedation, biopsies, bone grafting, facial reconstruction and facial trauma. Dr. Beste has one son Sean and a daughter Emily. He enjoys fishing, hunting and flying. His primary goal in life is to ""Leave the world a better place"".
