About Joowon Suh, DDS
Dr. Suh has been providing dental care in Lansing community for last 17 years. He was graduated from University of Michigan with Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and from University of Detroit Mercy, the School of Dentistry with Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Suh participated in a yearlong advanced program in dental implantology; Surgical and Prosthetic Treatment” and Sinus and Bone Graft at the Misch International Implant Institute. Dr. Suh has been awarded the distinction of Fellowship in the International Congress of Implantologists (ICOI). The awarding of Fellowship status is one of the highest honors a professional society, such as ICOI, can bestow on a dental professional involved in oral implantology. Dr. Suh achieved the honor of Fellowship status by demonstrating his advanced knowledge and surgical ability in implant dentistry. The International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) was founded in 1972 by a group of innovative clinicians who believed dental implants were an alternative to removable dentures. Devoted to providing implant education to the entire dental team to better serve patients, the ICOI is not only the world’s largest dental implant organization, but it is also the world’s largest provider of continuing dental implant education. They have members in more than 89 countries. He is also a certified to provide Invisalign. Dr. Suh is a current member of American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, Central District Dental Society, and International Congress of Implantologists.
