About John Girgis, DDS
Dr. Girgis was born and raised here in Tampa, Florida. He attended Florida A&M University, where he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He then continued his education at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Prior to moving back to Tampa, he completed a one year General Practice Residency at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he became proficient in all aspects of general and hospital dentistry, including providing services to those with special needs. Dr. Girgis is committed to bringing the highest quality dental care to all of his patients. His services include Invisalign, crown and bridge, veneers, root canal therapy, implant placement and restoration, and much more. Dr. Girgis is passionate about participating in global mission work at least once a year to give back to people in need. He loves to stay current with the latest trends and advancements in dentistry, enrolling in hundreds of hours of Continuing Education per year. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the West Coast District Dental Association. When not in the office, Dr. Girgis enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, staying active by going to the gym, running, playing soccer and golf. He is also a huge fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Lightning, and Rays!
