About Jihye Lee, DDS
Dr. Jihye Lee is the core of our practice and the one that will help you discover the essence of your smile! She is a Chicago native and earned her Bioengineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, then went on to earn Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Illinois at Chicago where she was recognized with various prestigious awards. Dr. Lee also has teaching experience as a Clinical Instructor for Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics at University of Illinois. Having much experience in all phases of dentistry and being genuinely passionate about dentistry, Dr. Lee is well-known for her excellent skills in dentistry and for providing the highest quality dental care possible to patients of all ages. Not only is she serious about providing the best possible treatment for each patient, she also emphasizes on preventative dentistry, because oral health is closely related to systemic health. She focuses on patient education and advocates preventative measures including oral cancer screening exam and routine dental check-up, and reinforces oral hygiene for prevention of caries and gum disease. Dr. Lee is also proud to offer specialty services such as implants, esthetic restorations, porcelain and ceramic crowns, Cerec crowns, bridges, and veneers, and orthodontia- both Invisalign and braces, which will perfect your smile. Dr. Lee holds active membership in many dental organizations including American Dental Association (ADA), Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS), Chicago Dental Society (CDS), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), International Academy of Facial Aesthetics, and International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI), and has also been awarded Fellowship in the ICOI. Dr. Lee is also an awardee of the prestigious Fellowship in the AGD. Dr. Lee continues to take advance courses in various fields of dentistry and keeps abreast with the latest in dental technology. In her spare time, Dr. Lee loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys playing sports and musical instruments.
