About Harold Lancer
The man behind the legendary Lancer Glow is Dr. Harold Lancer, the son of Austrian immigrants who grew up in a farmhouse located in a rural town in Connecticut. At the age of 7, he suffered severe burns over 10% of his body after falling into a vat of near boiling water. While the recovery process was painful and tedious, this experience greatly influenced his clear belief in restoration instead of alteration as the most effective way to obtain beautiful skin.Dr. Lancer’s work ethic, integrity, approach, and results make him one of the most sought-out dermatology professionals in the world. He and his tireless staff provide individualized treatment to as many as 50 to 60 patients every day—including the most beautiful and glamorous celebrities in the world.Dr. Lancer is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is affiliated with Cedars- Sinai Medical Center—Los Angeles and UCLA Medical Center. He is a graduate of Brandeis and earned his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego. He finished his dermatology residency at Harvard Medical School and completed a plastic surgery program at the Tel Hashomer Hospital in Tel Aviv, followed by clinics in London at St. John’s Institute of Dermatology. He holds board certification in dermatology and has been in private practice in Beverly Hills for more than 30 years.
