About Gregory Tentindo, DMD
Dr. Gregory Tentindo grew up in New England. After earning a Bachelors Degree in Biology from Muhlenberg College, he attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Tufts and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Society. He decided to pursue further training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. During his surgical training at University of California, San Francisco, he was exposed to the full scope of oral surgery. While living in California, Dr. Tentindo also earned his Medical Degree from the UC Davis School of Medicine. After residency he completed a fellowship focused on reconstruction of the facial skeleton and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) at Mercy Medical Center in Saint Louis. During his fellowship, Dr. Tentindo, his wife, and two children fell in love with the Saint Louis Area and decided to stay in town to practice. Today, Dr. Tentindo splits time between the office and hospital. His clinical interests include wisdom tooth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, pathology, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery (corrective jaw surgery), sleep apnea, and management of TMJ pain. In his free time Dr. Tentindo enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, sculpting and cheering for Boston Sports.
