About Gilberto Tostado, DDS
Dr. Tostado was born and raised in Arizona. After graduating from high school, he had the opportunity to live in Mexico with his family while pursuing his Masters in Restorative Dentistry. This preparation led Dr. Tostado to furthering his education at the University of Southern California, where he completed a 3 year residency program in Advanced Prosthodontics. Dr. Tostado has been working in private practice in San Antonio since 2015. Dr. Tostado prides himself on remaining at the forefront of advancements in customized, comprehensive dental care. He has lectured across the country and is currently a member of the American College of Prosthodontist, American Dental Association, and the Texas Dental Association. He has also published several articles throughout his clinical studies in dental erosion and CAD/CAM (digital scanning/printing) of esthetically pleasing, functional, high strength dental restorations. When Dr. Tostado is not in the dental office, his hobbies include all forms of motorsports racing, the equestrian arts, and spending time with family. He is an optimistic person that enjoys social interaction and embracing new cultures through his travels. Dr. Tostado’s passion is solving complex functional problems and providing best in class service that allows patients to enjoy a happy and healthy smile.
