About Annie Muneer, DMD
In any field, the people that are best at their jobs have a heartfelt passion for their job. For them, work and play are interchangeable. For me, dentistry combines two of my passions – art and science. The purpose of Cosmetic Micro Dentistry is to allow me to practice dentistry with a unique approach. At Cosmetic Micro Dentistry, I am able to combine 3D radiographic diagnostic using the Accuitomo 170, J. Morita’s most advanced 3D x-ray unit, and 3D clinical diagnostics using the MoraVision 3, a 3D HD Stereomicroscopic camera. Seeing is believing and I want my patients to watch and truly understand their dental health. I want to show my patients how their bite may be correlated with the width of their airway, their breathing and their jaw joint position which can contribute to their slouchy posture or exacerbate their headaches. Did you know that the symptoms for fibromyalgia and temporomandibular (jaw joint) disorders have significant overlap? Why is that? Can helping one relieve some of the pain from the other? Come see me and let’s find out! This is a whole new world of dentistry where you, the patient, aren’t just lying back and staring at the ceiling. Put on the 3D glasses and watch your dentistry performed live on a big screen TV! At Cosmetic Micro Dentistry, “cosmetic” is in the name. With our 3D HD camera magnifying 16x onto a 65” Ultra High Definition screen, it’s easy to see minute details and correct them to create a beautiful smile, whether it’s restoring teeth with white fillings, porcelain veneers or dental implants.
