About Andrea Trowers, MD
Dr. Andrea Trowers is a Board Certified Dermatologist who provides personalized care for all conditions affecting your skin, hair and nails at her private office in Miami, Florida. Her areas of expertise include cosmetic dermatology, laser hair removal and pediatric dermatology. After graduating from Georgetown University one year early, Dr. Trowers attended medical school at Emory University. This was followed by a dermatology residency at Case Western University, where she was selected to be the Chief Resident. Due to her interest in rare genetic conditions presenting in children’s skin, she was selected to be Dr. Lawrence Schachner’s Pediatric Dermatology Fellow at the University of Miami. She is only the second Dermatologist from the United States to have completed this prestigious, specialized training.
