About Alexandra H. Monroe, DMD
Dr. Alexandra Hillyard Monroe received her Doctoral of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 2013. Upon graduation, she was the sole recipient of the Clinical Achievement in Restorative Dentistry Award. Following dental school, Dr. Monroe completed a general practice residency at Bellevue Hospital in New York City where she focused on implant placement and restoration. Dr. Monroe graduated from The Episcopal Academy in 2005 and went on to Washington and Lee University where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts in mathematics in 2009. Patient comfort is of utmost importance to Dr. Monroe. She strives to provide the highest quality of care while focusing on each individual patients needs and desires for their own smiles.
