About William Zapata, DDS
Dr. William Zapata is a Board Certified Prosthodontist specializing in esthetic, reconstructive and implant dentistry. After graduating top of his class, he completed his advanced general dentistry residency and fellowship at the University of Connecticut. While there, he also taught third and fourth year dental students the foundations of dentistry. His passions for dentistry lead him to pursue a 3-year specialty program in the field of Prosthodontics at The University of Connecticut. He trained under world-renowned faculty and obtained his Masters Degree with a focus on facial esthetics. Dr. Zapata has published in the Journal of Prosthodontics and has lectured to several local dental study groups. He takes pride in treating his patients comprehensively, always keeping the patient’s best interest in mind. His kind and gentle demeanor puts his patients at ease and makes for a very pleasant dental experience. In his free time he loves spending time with his wife (Dr. Falcone) and their two children. He also enjoys playing tennis, squash and racquetball.
