About William Britton, DDS
Dr. Bill Britton was born in Southern California. He attended University of California San Diego and earned undergraduate and master’s degrees in biology ( link to Dr. Britton’s published research on Alzheimer’s disease). Dr. Britton received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at the prestigious University of Southern California, graduating in the top 5% of his dental class. He is the recipient of numerous awards including the Garret Newkirk Memorial Award and the American College of Prosthodontists. Dr. Britton strives to achieve continued academic excellence by learning new techniques in all phases of dentistry completing hundreds of hours of continuing education each year. In his free time, Dr. Britton is interested in surfing, long-range fishing, and golf. Dr. Britton’s main focus is to listen to his patients’ needs, and to exceed their expectations by providing thorough, gentle care with a conservative approach. He strives to provide the best possible experience and outcome, while working within a patients financial limitations. Often working with dental phobics, Dr. Britton excels at putting a patient with even the worst dental fears at ease, offering a kind approach, music for relaxation, and nitrous oxide sedation if necessary.
