About Virginia Marx, Aesthetician Specialist
Our Nurse Practitioner, Virginia Marx, found dermatology as her true passion. She finds joy in helping people and uses her medical and cosmetic skills to highlight healthy beautiful skin. She enjoys all aspects of general and cosmetic dermatology. She has a natural approach to treating aging skin and has created a loyal patient base. As a highly skilled provider, Virginia is trained and certified to perform nonsurgical treatments, including cosmetic injectables like Botox, Dysport, Juvederm, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse, Belotero, PRP Platelet Rich Plasma for hair loss and skin rejuvenation, Ultherapy and laser treatments. She was a national trainer for Ultherapy, SkinPen(Microneedling) and injectables and travels internationally to train on Ultherapy. Virginia began her journey in aesthetic dermatology as a licensed medical aesthetician after studying at the Christine Valmy International School of Aesthetic in New York City in 2001. Her enthusiasm for skin care and anti-aging drives her to continuously expand upon her education. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. In 2011, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University. Virginia recently completed her Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Texas and is nationally board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and by the Texas Board of Nursing.
