About Tyler Durazzo, MD
Trained at both Harvard and Yale and board certified in dermatology, Dr. Durazzo incorporates the latest proven research and evidence based practices to treat a variety of skin conditions, ranging from acne to cutaneous lymphoma. He has published numerous articles in medical journals, and often presents his research findings to other physicians and scientists at national meetings. In practice, Dr. Durazzo enjoys treating both adults and children for a wide range of skin conditions. He sees patients in our Shelton office. Prior to joining Dermatology Physicians of Connecticut, Dr. Durazzo earned a degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University, followed by his medical degree at the Yale School of Medicine. He then went on to Harvard for his dermatology residency, where he trained at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston Children’s Hospital, and the Dana Farber Cancer Institute. When not involved in treating patients or conducting medical research, Dr. Durazzo enjoys going to the gym, playing basketball, and computer programming.
