About Tony D'Occhio, DMD
A Connecticut native and dentist at our practice in Madison, CT, Dr. Tony D’Occhio attained his Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and attended the University of Connecticut to complete his Doctorate, Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.). He continued his dental studies with a general practice residency at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, where he performed a significant amount of hands on clinical training. Following his residency, Dr. D’Occhio relocated back to his home state of Connecticut, to practice dentistry on the shoreline. Dr. D’Occhio performs all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, with a gentle and thorough approach, serving pediatrics to adults. Dr. D’Occhio is dedicated to the newest advancements in dentistry to provide the latest techniques to patients, offering long-term dental solutions. Dr. D’Occhio is a standing member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Association, UConn Dental Alumni Association, and River Valley Study Club. He regularly attends continuing education courses, most recently for Invisalign, and is also certified in Nitrous Oxide administration and CPR. Dr. D’Occhio was recently recognized as a Top Dentist by Connecticut Magazine. Dr. D’Occhio enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife, Jessica, and their two children, Nicholas and Mila. Dr. D’Occhio and his family enjoy being part of and serving Madison, Guilford and the surrounding communities.
