About Thomas Llewellyn, DDS
Dr. Thomas C. Llewellyn or T.L. as he has gone by since childhood, was raised in Allentown, PA. His undergraduate education from the University of Pittsburgh was a Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors. He graduated from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University Dental School in 1987. After graduation Dr T.L. was commissioned as a dental officer in the United States Navy, serving a majority of his time with the Marine Corp. After being honorably discharged he went into private practice in 1992 in Baltimore. Dr.T.L. was a solo practitioner for fourteen years when he decided to merge his practice with Dr. David A. Denisch. They have practiced together for fifteen years, being supported by an amazing team of dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative assistants - most of whom have worked with Dr. T.L. for over twenty years. His warm and friendly staff will make you feel relaxed so you can enjoy your dental visits. Dr. T.L. and his wife Megan live in Cockeysville where they are raising their four sons. They are sports enthusiasts and enjoy coaching and attending their boys' games. They are certified scuba divers and enjoy vacationing in the Caribbean Islands. Dr T.L.'s memberships include The American Legion, Military Order of the Purple Heart, Knights of Columbus, International Society of Police Surgeons, American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and the Baltimore County Dental Association. Dr. T.L. supports and has been an active member in a variety of charitable organizations. They include The Mission of Mercy where he provides pro bono dental care for the underprivileged, The Catholic Charities, Our Daily Bread, Maryland Special Olympics, and The 410 Bridge - Empowering Nations Sponsorship of Students.
