About Stacey L. Sanford, DDS
Dr. Sanford is an Army brat who graduated from Munich American High School in Munich, Germany in 1981. She attended Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and graduated with a bachelor degree in Microbiology in 1985. She went on to receive her doctorate from the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry in 1989. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Sanford completed an Advanced General Practice residency at the University of Detroit Mercy in 1991. In her residency, she received advanced training in treating medically compromised patients, endodontics ( root canals ), oral surgery, pedodontics, periodontics ( gum disease ) and prosthodontics ( crowns and dentures ).
