About Selsa A. Gonzalez, DMD
Dr. Selsa Adham Gonzalez was raised in Ottawa, Canada. She graduated with honors from McGill University in Montreal, the top Medical/Doctoral University in Canada in 2010. She continued her studies in Boston, completing a residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry. This residency honed her expertise on esthetic porcelain crowns and veneers, root canal treatment, pediatrics, esthetic bonding and sedation certification. Dr. Gonzalez realizes that field of dentistry is always changing and is committed to keeping up with its latest advancements. Her continuing education includes implant, cosmetic, and endodontic courses. Dr. Gonzalez’s favorite part of her job is building relationships with her patients. She is a big believer in the value of preventative services. For this reason she spends time educating her patients about the benefits of sealants, fluoride, and night guards for grinders. Dr. Gonzalez loves living in downtown San Antonio with her husband and two young children. She serves as president of the Lavaca Neighborhood Association and is committed to making San Antonio’s urban core more livable and family friendly. Dr. Gonzalez’s passions are traveling, yoga, and finding the best new restaurants in San Antonio.
