About Sean Abrams, DDS
A native of the northwest suburbs, I have practically lived my whole life within the community. Prior to attending dental school, I attended the University of Illinois where I earned a bachelor degree in animal science. I later went on to earn a certification in dental lab technology. In 2006 I received my Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Immediately following dental school graduation, I joined Beloit Area Community Health Center in Beloit, Wisconsin where I practiced general dentistry treating underserved patients. From 2008 -2013, I cared for patients at a busy family practice in Palatine. I am excited to be part of the team at Village Smiles and bring years of knowledge and experience to the practice. I enjoy working with patients of all ages and strongly believe that good patient education is the key to a healthy smile. My goal for each and every patient is to provide the most comprehensive care possible. This involves treating your dental needs with the best long term outcome in mind. I am a member of the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Chicago Dental Society. I frequently attend continuing education programs and recently attended the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education in Key Biscayne, FL. I am an advocate for greyhound adoption and I enjoy watching sports, movies and spending time with my wife, daughter, and son. I look forward to meeting each of you, and on behalf of my team, thank you for choosing Village Smiles as your dental home.
