Dr. Scott D. Chapin is a highly specialized, board-certified plastic surgeon with advanced training in breast and aesthetic surgery. Dr. Chapin acted as chief resident while he fulfilled his general surgery residency program at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. in 1994. In 1996, Dr. Chapin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Residency Program, a nationally renowned, top-ranked plastic surgery training program.
